Welcome to the Quake 1164 download page. Help is NOT available via e-mail, so make sure you read
the instructions below to use the model properly. It is still incomplete, so you will find parts of 1164
unfinished and/or missing, but the .PK3 file will be updated when I resume work on it.
By downloading this model, you hereby agree to protect the architectural copyright I have
on my drawing, its textures, spatial layout and other unique features. This model if 1164 is my own creation, and

Step 1:
Install Quake III Arena
Quake III Arena is a popular combat game from ID Software. You can buy it online from iD Software,
eBay,
or at a computer store near you. For more Quake info, check out Planet Quake,
the best on-line resource for the game. |
Step 2:
Download & Save 1164.pk3
Click here to download Quake 1164. (Jan. 13, 2003 version; 4.0MB .PK3 file)
Save the file in the \baseq3\ directory where you installed Quake (e.g. C:\Program Files\Q3\baseq3\).
Allow plenty of time for it to download. |
Step 3:
Run Quake and Load 1164
Once you've saved the .PK3 file alongside any others you may have, go ahead and run Quake. Wait for the main
menu to come up, and follow the instructions below. If the game's graphics look too dark, click
here for tips on fixing this. |
