Here is the original house after which the 1164 façade at Columbia Ranch
was modeled. After an extremely long 5-year search, I finally found it!
It's a "dead ringer" for 1164, and was constructed at least 5 to 10 years before 1164
went up at the Ranch. It is interesting how exactly many of this home's features were replicated,
but there were some differences on 1164, namely a double living room window, 24" rafter spacing on the shed dormer (as opposed to 16"),
a slightly smaller second floor window in the brick part, and round holes in the gable ornament.
