| Bewitched #1: I, Darrin, Take This Witch, Samantha
In the scene where Darrin almost passes out, he's shown holding a drink in his
left hand, and when he falls back into the chair, the glass is suddenly now
on the table, empty, with the straw on top. This editing flaw is because
the original script called for Darrin to drink from the glass and put it
down on the table. |

| Bewitched #1: I, Darrin, Take This Witch, Samantha
Here's something they hoped nobody would notice. The fireplace that's in Darrin's apartment ends up being the same
one in 1164's den. Somehow I don't think the Stephens took it with them when they moved! |

| Bewitched #1: I, Darrin, Take This Witch, Samantha
At the dinner party, after Samantha's sudden gust of wind sends the wig flying and Sheila runs upstairs,
Darrin returns to the table with his hair all messed
up, but after a quick shot of Samantha, his hair is neat again! Not a strand out of place! |
| Bewitched #2: Be It Ever So Mortgaged
In the intro sequence of episode #2, you can see that Elizabeth Montgomery
is pregnant! They tried to shoot around this during the first
few episodes, but it is pretty obvious in this shot!
She and director William Asher were about
to have their first child. |
| Bewitched #2: Be It Ever So Mortgaged
When Samantha and Endora are planning 1164's landscaping,
it is sorely obvious that the scene was filmed at different times of the day,
with the sunlight on the house and curb changing drastically as they
perform their witchcraft. |
| Bewitched #2: Be It Ever So Mortgaged
Gladys Kravitz sneaks up to the Stephens' living room window to snoop around.
Boy will she be surprised to see that diagonal wooden strut inside the
fake house, revealing 1164 is just a façade. |
| Bewitched #3: It Shouldn't Happen to a Dog
In the scene where Samantha chases the dog (Rex Barker) down the alley,
when the camera cuts back and forth between her and the police officers
who arrive, her hair changes back and forth between neat and messy! |
| Bewitched #4: Mother Meets What's-His-Name
In this shot, Samantha and the neighbors are supposed to be walking along the
upstairs hall and then down the steps in front of the railing seen here.
However, they walk horizontally off-camera to the right, as if they were walking
on air above the descending staircase. |
| Bewitched #6: Little Pitchers Have Big Fears
Get a load of the huge piece of studio lighting equipment right outside
of the kitchen door! This is the #1 blooper from Bewitched. |

| Bewitched #7: The Witches Are Out
Darrin is sitting in the den and Samantha comes in carrying groceries.
The kitchen door is visibly shut, and when she leaves the den with the groceries,
she turns left rather than walking straight across the hall to go to the kitchen!
That left turn would put her out on the driveway! |

| Bewitched #10: Just One Happy Family
In the beginning of the episode when the TV repair man wants to use the phone, Samantha tells him it's in the
kitchen. Later, the phone is by the living room sofa when Darrin calls! And near the end of
the episode, there is a good shot of the sofa... and there is no phone next to it! |
| Bewitched #10: Just One Happy Family
When Endora appears inside Samantha's refrigerator on top of the package of Albain Butter
(which was surely named for the special effects director, Dick Albain), there's a bottle of olive oil in
the fridge. Olive oil doesn't need refrigeration! (There's also a jar of olives to boot!) |
| Bewitched #11: It Takes One to Know One
Early in the episode, there are two milk bottles, one slightly behind the other,
and a pitcher half-filled with milk. A moment later, the bottles are side-by-side
and the pitcher is nearly full! |
| Bewitched #11: It Takes One to Know One
When Larry comes into Darrin's office to tell him he is going home,
the window blinds behind Darrin are closed. However, on the close-up of Darrin, the blinds are open! |
| Bewitched #11: It Takes One to Know One
At the end of the episode, when Samantha doctors up the prototype billboard of Miss Jasmine,
you can see someone's shadow suddenly appear and walk off-shot! |

| Bewitched #19: A Nice Little Dinner Party
Ultimately en route to Angel Falls to be reunited with Frank, Darrin's mother Phyllis rides a train
pulled by a pair of EMD E class DIESEL locomotives. But each time she jumps up and pulls the emergency cord,
we see a locked-up large-diameter passenger (Pacific type) STEAM locomotive coming to a screeching halt! |

| Bewitched #23: Red Light, Green Light
The same cars keep appearing in the same order at the intersection during the traffic scene! |

| Bewitched #24: Which Witch is Which
Samantha has a fitting for a "new" dress. However, she was already seen wearing the same dress in
episodes #7, #10 and #13! |

| Bewitched #24: Which Witch is Which
During a conversation with Bob Fraser, Darrin's friend and Endora's date,
the camera shows a backwards image! You can see the hair parted on the wrong side. |
| Bewitched #25: Pleasure O'Riley
Samantha and Darrin look out one of the rear bedroom windows... and see Pleasure O'Riley in the FRONT yard! |
| Bewitched #26: Driving Is the Only Way to Fly
This episode, about Samantha learning to drive, infers that she didn't know how to drive
beforehand, of course. But back in episode #15, she went out shopping alone,
and brought a Christmas tree home in the car! |
| Bewitched #27: There's No Witch Like and Old Witch
When Samantha retrieves Aunt Clara from the hall closet, you can see the shadow
of a microphone boom swing down into view! In the image here, the shadow of
the microphone itself is directly above Samantha, and the shadow of the boom
shaft is just above Aunt Clara's hat. |
| Bewitched #28: Open the Door Witchcraft
Sam and Darrin supposedly get locked in their garage, after the electric door
opener fails. Even if the door opener didn't have the required safety
release lever for manual operation, all they had to do was walk out of the
east garage door (the ordinary hinged one seen on the left in these images from the
same episode)! You can see this east door in a few other episodes, in my
drawings, and on the real 1164 façade. |
| Bewitched #28: Open the Door Witchcraft
When the men finish installing the garage door opener, one of them opens it with the button on the side of the
house, but when he goes to close it, the door moves before he presses the button! |
| Bewitched #30: George the Warlock
In the beginning of this episode, Danger O'Riley is painting her mailbox.
In the time it takes Darrin to walk from his front door to 1164's living room window, she
gets it all finished and cleaned up! |
| Bewitched #30: George the Warlock
Overlapping the blooper listed above, Darrin walks to 1164's living room window.
After the camera shot of Danger (having finished her mailbox), we see Darrin now
in front of the den's bay window! There certainly wasn't enough time for him
to get all the way over there. |
| Bewitched #30: George the Warlock
In this episode, the kitchen windows of 1164 and 1162 (D.D. O'Riley's) both
face each other. However, both the 1162 and 1164 garage sit between the
main parts of each house! Even if Samantha's garage is magically invisible
through her kitchen window, we should still see side of the 1162 garage.
Later, when George the Warlock visits, the scene out Sam's kitchen window
is entirely different! Near the end of the show,
the scene returns to a view of Danger's kitchen. |
| Bewitched #32: Illegal Separation
As in episode #25, Sam and Darrin look out one of the back windows of the bedroom and see out the front of the house!
They were watching Gladys and Abner reunite, per Samantha's spell. |
